Cape Town Clifftop Villa

This spectacular clifftop villa required a technology solution as impressive as its views. Planetworld designed and supplied a complete smart home ecosystem using Control4 automation as the backbone — integrating Lutron lighting control, multi-room Sonos audio, a dedicated home cinema with Klipsch reference speakers and a Sony 4K laser projector, and a comprehensive security and access control system. The cinema room features a 160-inch screen, Trinnov room correction processor, and a full Dolby Atmos speaker configuration. The outdoor spaces are equipped with Sonos architectural speakers and motorised Lutron exterior shading. The homeowner operates every system from a single iPad or voice commands via Siri, with full remote monitoring and management.
